YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel this purchase, starting the day your kit arrives. To cancel, email hello@helvy.co.uk before opening the kit and we will refund the full price within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to your original payment method.

Because the kit contains sealed sample-collection components, the right to cancel is lost once the inner hygiene seals (lancet, sample tube, or transport bag) are opened. This is under Regulation 28(3)(a), which exempts sealed goods that cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons. If your sample is insufficient for analysis we send a replacement kit at no extra cost, separate from your statutory rights.
